They did spend ages trying to get it right - you do get the underwater feel I suppose.  But they cock it up everywhere else!  The water effect looks cool until you see that there are too many waves (hard to explain!).  They spent too much time being clever and zero time on story line.

Was I the only one who nearly vomited on the six year old in front when the deformed hero (very PC) goes, wait for it, "I love you Dad!"??!!  The reply being, inevitably, "I love you too son" rather than a clip round the ear and "don't talk soft!".

Perhaps it was a chick flick?  The girls seem to like it...

They failed - somebody should have told them fish don't talk

I'm with Fiona on this. watched the film on the way back from our ill fated flight to the Red Sea. Was so tired I thought better of buying a set of ear phones, but the pictures seemed good so I ended up sharing the left earpiece of the person sitting next to me who just happened to be a Dive Instructor from Red Sea College who was pissing himself laughing at the funny bits. Wouldn't have paid to see it but I thought it was quite well done. Love the sushi at the top of the post though - brill!

And speaking of 'cool', what would be decidedly 'cool' would be if Disney allowed Tarantino to direct a Disney movie!! What an epoch-making decision that would be! Away with all your PC shite and fluffy-kittens ('Bednobs and Broomsticks' ring any bells??   &nbsp and out with the "20 ways to make 'Puppy Burgers' on a budget" !!

Happy days.

Hey Becks,

Gerhard kept it quite that he went to see a girlie film!

Do you want to come with me to see a good film by a superb producer next week,Kill Bill.
<font color='#FF00FF'>Gerhard wants to see that, I'm not sure. Talk to gerhard about it.

I still think the best disney film was monsters Inc.

Not seen a Disney film since Jungle Book (no kids, you see) so unlikely to see Nemo. However, I understand they spent two years studying the various species of fish that appear in it so that they'd get their movement and behaviour right. I wonder if they managed it?
<font color='#0000FF'>Hey Mark

You don't need kids to enjoy Disney films &nbsp;

It is far cheaper to watch / buy the film than to have kids just so you can watch them. &nbsp;Haven't you seen Harry Potter? &nbsp;

As for The Italian Job (remake) also saw that on the flight as you say not as good as the original but entertaining as a film. &nbsp;Not seen Calendar Girls, will get to see it eventually.

I also saw Nemo on &nbsp;a flight back from the Red sea, thought it was ok but not as good as toy story, monsters inc etc. not as funny and actually quite cheesy in places.
