It always works in cartoons:

Put a tweetypie type bird in a cage by the shed.

When the cat comes out to eat it, pull the cage on a string back to the house with the cat following.

Job done.

Seal off 3 sides of the shed and get some of that expanding foam stuff. Squirt it under the shed thus forcing said moggy to exit and also the little bastard cant get back in either!!

Or burn it down!!
