My company scheme is with Standard Life and has a £100 excess.

The company does reimburse the £100 through my normal expenses procedure

Not an IT company though

Our company 'perk' health care plan has just increased ours to staff having now to pay the first £200 it used to be the first £100 and I work for a private hospital.
I have just completed 3 physiotherapy sessions and as I opted out of the scheme it cost me £150.
