| It was a month or two back that someone told me the baggage system should have been working already, but that it just kept sending bags off here there and everywhere. I like how they call it "staff familiarisation" issues too - rather than "we forgot to tell anyone how to use it"! David |

| Funny I saw a program the other night on the Terminal and it included test of the luggage system with 12,000 bags loaded over a 4 hour period the maximun number they could ever expect and they said it passed with no problems. Good old simulation just cant match real life!! |
