Is it just me or what
Does anyone else suffer runny botty syndrome when doing shift work.

I find after a week of shifts i get the shifts without the T if you know what i mean!!!!

Not especially? But I only do alternating 6-2, 2-10... Not really much of a change. Don't think it was a problem when I was doing nights either.
Not sure what would cause that?
