laptop advice

Looking at getting a Laptop - nothing fancy just internet, downloading photos from camera, word processing ect. Im looking at the dell inspiron 1525 basic package, does anyone have any viewpoints for or against these?

It has to be cheap or else it eats into my diving funds ....
