Question Share capital agreement contract
I wonder if anyone has a share capital agreement contract for a UK Limited Company that they could email me?

I need to formalise a business arrangement, without involving the lawyers at huge expense. I am used to working with contracts, so what I need is the basic template and then I can make the necessary amendments.

I need to cover three shareholders, 100 shares, death of shareholder, and transferring shares to other shareholders. Company and contract is subject to English law.

I have been searching the web and cannot find any free examples.
