If I ever have kids I'll be quite happy for them to have such a disgraceful example set for them, if nothing else for giving as much ridicule as they deserve to b-list "celebrities". To paraphrase the great Flava Flave of Public Enemy, "who the f**k is Konnie Huq?". Am I proud that thousands of my tax pounds were spent protecting her? Forget China, I'll happily line up to throw rocks at whoever signed the cheque on that one. If governments get what they want then it's democracy, if they don't then they say it's mob rule.
