RS2000 who do you think you are YAZ Dildo and Boyle from the Professionals
I lost a serious road race to an RS2000 in my youth, I was in a Toyota Celica Mk1 16ST Coupe... ended up doing 2 hundred yards of barbed wire fencing, a reinforced concrete post a hedge and a plouged field.....

he did come back and give me a lift home.... nice chap.

I had one for years and loved it we only got rid when number one Daughter was born as they aren't the best car for securing 2 wee 'uns in the back.

Safe diving,
Steve

P.S. They are not the known for their fuel efficiency unless you're chasing 'blaggers' through deserted streets while crashing through cardboard boxes

Ooh, now you're talking. 25 years ago a neighbour of mine had one he'd imported from Luxembourg, all tricked-up and race-prepped, fucking fantastic car.

I also seem to remember reading about a 5 litre version that was sold in South Africa.

Currently looking at 2.8i Special.

Oh, and can anyone confirm when cars become tax exempt? I thought 25 years, but seems that different people think different things on this.

If you are in the market for a bargain cock-extension, may I commend the many models of TVR. No metal in the body to rust and a much, much classier way of going backwards through a hedge.

Fun? yes.

Boot full of diving gear. Could go either way. It'll either stabilise it a bit, or ..... shudder.

Only one way to find out.

Learned to drive in one - plain vanilla 1600*. Got it up to 105 indicated and then there was a curve in the road....

*Burnt orange metallic with a black vinyl roof. Not to mention taking up my first serious girlfriend out in it.

A friend of mine has recently bought a pristine champagne one and it is absolutely gorgeous.

It is older than you are though Digs! If you are intending using it to impress women, then the ones it will impress most are my age

when you get it, i will let you take me for a spin
