I used to want to get hold of a RS200, though I know I'd never fit meself into it. PLus there were better group b cars out there.

prefered the MK1 Mexico meself with the battery in the boot and the engine at an odd angle to stop it tw@tting the wing when revving the nuts out of it

Oh fookin yes. Insurance company didn't laugh at me, and will insure me fully comp for £900! Cherist! Winner!

So then, all of YD needs to help me find a decent Capri. Budget absolute max is £2K. But ideally less than £1800. Muchos greenos for anyone who finds a corker. Distance not a problem, because I've only got to drive a crap car to get there

Actually, just the 2.8i Special at the moment.

Viewing arranged for Sunday, and it sounds like a bloody good car so far. Very excited. As is the prospective father in law, who thinks this is madness but bloody good fun most likely at the same time.
