Stiff joints?
I woke up this morning with stiff joints in the fingers of my right hand. Well ......... not so much stiff but rather it hurts to move them.

Any ideas or remedies?

Rather depends why they are stiff. If they are bad go to the doctors and get some cannabis on scrip

Apart from analgesia(alcohol ), just accept the inevitable decline and wait for the blessed death for release.
Or Anti inflam analgesia if needed,eg Asprin or Brufen. Or a really nasty counter irritant,like Gordon Brown.
