Ironic Conservation Effort

I was watching the news this morning and there was a story about a school in Newark that was planning a mass balloon release to raise awareness about conservation. Each pupil was going to write a tag with a message on it regarding conservation.

I wonder if one of the messages was "Mass Balloon releases kill birds and marine creatures"....

Rather ironic way to raise awareness about conservation in my view.

No irony is the local authority not collecting most of the recyclable items on the day it puts the latest shitsheet through proclaiming recycling is compulsory and you will be fined if you don't.
