Talking No alcohol - how easy was that
By tomorrow morning I will have completed my first week without having my evening glass of wine with dinner, in the end it was a breeze. I am not sure I even missed it.

Here's to the start of week 2

Well done Fiona. Mr Helen and I did this for three months last year. We saved a fortune and when we did have a night out once a week we much more appreciated the few drinks we did have. We somehow fell off the wagon and into the wine bottle again. Time to give it another go methinks.

What's that in aid of? Have I missed something? Well done anyway!

I'm not really a drinker, so don't grasp the concept of this. I had my first can of 1664 last weekend, and only drank half. That was the first alcohol I had in about 3 month!
