How is it different from paying ebay for a "minimum price" listing?
You bid what you are prepared to pay, if you are above the minimum price then you have a valid bid.

Cos I'm an honest bloke. If I wish to pay ebay to do that then fine, but not get mates to do it for me! (Not having a go at Digger!)
