I can't be doing with marmite. Went on holiday with a vegan friend once. Obviously, I made him do all the cooking(!) but he would insist on putting Marmite in everything if I didn't watch him - including soups!!

Yuk!

Actually, you could do a Cadbury's Cream Egg type gig and ask &quot;Marmite - How do You Eat Yours?&quot;

And seeing as I detest the stuff, my answer would have to be:

&quot;.....smeared sparingly across the 38-DD's of Jordan...&quot; &nbsp;

Coat on and legging it......

<font color='#0000FF'>Don't like it either, it is one of those products you either loved it or hate it.

What about Bovril? My father use to love it and when I was a kid he told me it was made of cow dung, I believed it for many years - I think I still do

They say the greatest trick the Devil ever pulled off was convincing man he didn't exist...... B*ll@cks.

The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled off was convincing half of us that the tar-like gloop that drips from his festering bottom tastes nice when put in a jar and is called Marmite.

Evil stuff, keep away.

My God! I just simply cannot believe that so many people on YD whose post's I've enjoyed, opinions I've respected etc now come tumbling out the closet as the very worst type of person - as Marmite haters! Disgraceful! Did your mothers not teach you right from wrong!?

Get down that supermarket now, get the biggest jar they have of the lovely stuff, several loaves of brown bread (with as many bits in as possible) toast the lot, cover liberally with the black gold, and don't stop eating until you jolly well like it!

Next you'll be trying to tell me that there's a foodstuff on the planet that is not improved by a large coating on Encona Hot Pepper Sauce

Made from the tears of God.......love it, love it, love it!

On toast, with lashings of melted butter, mixed into jacket tatties, in sandwiches with cheese, on Ryvita when you're feeling virtuous, and snuck into cooking when Caroline isn't looking.....she hates it!

Or sometimes, when you need a quick fix, just stick your finger into &nbsp;the jar and suck...... &nbsp;
