A "sub optimal" night out with the DIR Team

Sorry everyone, we had partaken of a moderate amount of Rioja last night and that wasn't a very nice post. It was just funny at the time.

It was the first time I had met Mal and I hope he is still speaking to me. He is LOVELY bloke.

But you really had to be there to appreciate the vision of DIR divers enjoying a fish supper outside in Weymouth Harbour.

I did not have the probe inserted, you will all be relieved to hear. Infact I didn't even understand the con-der-ver-sation. It was way over my pretty little head. I just smiled and looked a bit pickled so I hope I haven't ruined my -until now - untarnished reputation.

I think he was too knackered after his day at sea to try any hanky panky on with anyone. He didn't bat an eyelid at the local fillies in their saturday night finery parading around in their pelmets.
