Anyone a facebook expert?

Can anyone help?

I have setup a facebook group for a trust that I am involved in. I want to approve members so have a it as a closed group but it it doesn't seem to appear in any searches on facebook (I want it to). Any idea what I'm doing wrong (as far as I can see private means it cant be seen and closed should mean it can be seen but approval is needed to join).

Any ideas?

Thanks
Helen

I've set the DUE Group up as a closed group and people don't seem to have too many problems finding it, unless they are seeing the link in their friends profiles

Could be because they haven't updated their search engine yet, not all search engine updates happen in real time as far as I'm aware, I know it took about 3-4 hours for something I was selling on ebay to show up on searches after it had been listed. But then I may be talking b*ll*cks.

Plus Facebook search isn't very reliable.

You can search for things 1 day and find them and not the next
