Outlook express.....but I couldn't find ANY .dbx files on the HDD so gave up searching as I figured WINNT/OE stores them elsewhere and as different files. The other thought is that if it's part of the broadband provider that you're with then it they might be in one of the directories that were installed when you installed the broadband s/w. Long shot but you never know.

Thanks. Can I import from there via Suunto DM (when I get it on again) ?
Think I've been there but I'll look again, cheers

Found this file and have installed DM (and flash ) but it only gives an option to import a .sde file.
d9.mdb is 6 meg. The only SDE file I see is 4k!
Any ideas ?

Followed that and they're aren't any files in those folders
Next suggestion

install DM & then just copy the file in manually using explorer - overwrite the one the install puts there. don't import it from within DM

I've done that (there wasn't a d9 file there to overwrite) but DM is not looking at it and none of my config is there

Okay. I've uninstalled that Suunto DM which is version 2.6.0

and here's a surprise. If I go into my old C drive, now behaving as a D drive, and double click the application it opens with all my dives. Pretty sure that's not supposed to work but what the hey.

Right, so I did an export to a .SDE file but that looked quite small and it looked like it would only be dives anyway and no other stuff so I did a backup
Downloaded 2.6.0 again and restored the back up.

So far it looks like everything is as it should be with all dives, all details, gear everything so that's good

I shall be sure to regularly back up my Suunto DM from within DM going forward
