Not anti DIR!

I just want to make it clear that The Stroke Association is not a society for people who reject long hoses and all that GUE stuff! It exists to help people who have suffered a stroke (or "Brain Attack" as the Americans call it)!!!

Well, this was the day. 33 miles and 14 bridges from Rotherhithe to Hampton Court. I completed the course in 4 hours 11 minutes which was a little over my estimate but not too bad at all.

In the beer queue at the finish I even ran into a fellow diver, who I haven't seen since we dived in the Red Sea last year, small world ain't it??

Ah ha, a double negative which means this is a pro DIR thread. Which means it's in the wrong forum.
