The stretched lobes do go back before you hit a certain size I think if they're kept tiny. I stretched two of mine to 4mm then took them out, they're back to normal now, phew!

I've seen some really nasty blow outs/keloids/infections on BME, bleargh!

Scu-bamboo, it's ok, you're out of that phase now You can get saggy lobes operated on and the saggy bits removed to form something resembling a lobe, 32mm is a hell of a stretch!
