| My friend and tattooist Rytch who owns Syth tattoo studio in Norwich would kick you out of his shop if you wanted to pick something from a book. He prefers freehand and is damm good at it!!! |

| I can reccomend an excellent tatooist in Guisbrough. Also one in Leeds who has a very different style but has also been recomended to me, and from what I've seen is very good. PM if anyone is interested (And have no fear, it's not me, I cant draw let alone handle buzzing set of needles!)

| My god, that "body art" has completely grossed me out. The end result does look pretty cool but there is no way that I would go through all that palaver just to look cool. Then again, I'm a complete chicken when it comes to permanent etchings on my body. I too would like a tatt but don't know of what and where (definitely somewhere my mum would never see!), and one that I wouldn't regret when I was 60 years old. I have several piercings, but at least you can take them out. Anyone know a good henna tattoo artist in London? |

| I only got my tattoos after I left London, though you might want to enquire on BME e-zine's site, I think they do reccomendations?

| Heres my one I got done on my right leg, took 6 hours and bloody hurt like hell, the artists shop was 9ftx9ft and had one shitty fan to keep us cool in the 36 degree heat! In saying that, plan to get my arm from the elbow to shoulder done and my top half of my back soon, this time Ill be chewing the painkillers!

(I'm joking!) Looks really nice, are you adding any colour or leaving them black and white? (my personal preference). Good luck with the half sleeve! Just a quick point, watch out with those pain killers, they have been known to thin the blood I believe (memory hazy) and can make for an irritated tattooist who'se constantly wiping away the blood!

The sleeve will be alot of black with greyish parts, Ihear that will be very very painful, as for the painkiller, your right, so might just have to grin and bare it!
