| Ah yes, well off the top of my head, does roasted vegetables in a taragon butter sauce sound ok?

| Go out and buy some quorn fillets. Then make anything you'd normally make with chicken. Don't mess around with nut cutlets and stuff like that, because they taste like shit and all vegetarians actually hate them. Actual suggestion: Lemon & Black pepper quorn fillets (supermarket freezer compartment) grilled and cut into strips, served either on a bed of wild rice or with grilled (crispy) slices of polenta. Serve with caesar salad (using Paul Newman caesar dressing, which doesn't have anchovies but still tastes OK). Crisp dry white wine.

| It all sounds fantastic to me, but then, I'll eat anything (except pink-skinned peanuts). Does quorn not have a funny texture? Genuine question based on what others have said, not personal experience. Is it similar to tofu, which I quite like? I was thinking along those lines, Frosty. Nice and easy, with some wild rice and crusty bread. And maybe some crumbled feta cheese for those who like it.
