| Can you not get an extending shaving mirror? That way it can reach over and past the sink, or to a suitable level, possibly even magnified to account for short-sightedness. If your worried about walking into the sink whilst attempting to reach across, create a 'pulley and lever' system to release the 'extendining' of said mirror. (Get your hands off, I've patent pending it

Anyway, I've just thought of another idea which ..................... hold on ................... patent application received .................... which involves a massager and creamer.

| Thats true, unless you use a kind of bib, or a buffer around the sink (back to original idea) as for your massager and creamer I'm not sure I want to know? edit: Actually, if you were feeling technical, back to the pulley and winch system, you could use a Mission Impossible type harness to hoist you over the sink belly well above and behind contact level. Desperate Times call for Desperate Measures as they say.

| Careful Finless, ideas like that could either get you sectioned or have you so busy you don't have time for YD Frankly I prefer a beard and standing on my head in the shower, that way accuracy isn't a problem and i don't waste time shaving, besides, the ladies like a beard. ![]()

| I guess my solution of a towel wrapped around my waist (as I have usually just finished showering) is too simple

| Likewise Troc, but if its dark (for somereason) and the towel drops, you reach down by instinct to grab the falling veil so as not to scare any passing persons of a sensitive disposition - you end up smacking your face on the sink which you were straining over to shave due to poor vision....Oh the Horror...the horror... Health and safetey perogative - whinches, harnesses and crash helmets (and a towel) are called for.
