Seems unlikely that of all the billions of stars, and planets orbiting them out there that we're the only living thing in the universe. Who knows how advanced or what form they may take though!?

Of course we're not alone in the universe, the problem is that the universe is so vast* and old that our evolution and eventual demise, like all other civilisations that may have come and gone out there, are mere hiccups.

In addition, the obstacle of supra-lightspeed travel makes it impossible for us to reach out and for other intelligence to reach in.

Ok i wont sing! I'm all by myself too as all other housemates have moved out. Actually genuinely quite enjoying it. Can sing loudly and out of tune and no one can hear, listen to loud music and dont have to be quiet when i get in after going out at the weekend

You coming to the pier tomorrow?

(And can snigger to myself at yd without getting the p1ss took out of me)
