Good or bad aliens? A quiz.

Bantam has asked the interesting question about whether we are alone in the universe. Well my research has discovered that not only do aliens exist, but they are living amongst us today, here on planet Earth.

Having established that they're here, we next need to find out if they're good like E.T. or bad like..well... alien (you know, the one with a head like a coal scuttle that dribbled all down Sigourney Weavers vest).

So here are a few examples. Just say whether you think they're good or bad and I'll tell you how well you've all done later.

Candidate 1.

Codename 'Docherty'. This palid creature lives entirely on a mysterious white powder and enjoys sweating and sex with skeletons. Bizarre behaviour to be sure but is it good or bad?

Candidate 2.

Codename 'Prezza.' This creature has already demonstrated violence to humans, particularly when exposed to chickens eggs. It has also threatened the ozone layer with its extravagent use of large cars, but is it a baddie?

Candidate 3.

Codename 'Chazza.' This odd looking alien enjoys talking to vegetation and the company of horses (and their close relations). It claims to rule Cornwall but doesn't spend much time there and runs a biscuit factory which overcharges for its mediochre products. The question is, is it evil?

Candidate 4.

Codename 'Hewit.' Although claiming to be the off spring of Chazza, this creature bears little resemblance to him which is somewhat suspicious. It has been seen holding weapons though rarely uses them. Is it a goody or a baddy?

Candidate 5.

Codename 'Big bird.' This creature is clearly not too fussed about looking human and spends its days entertaining and educating the young. Can it really be evil? You tell me.

Candidate 6.

Codename 'Thatch.' This alien achieved high office in politics and its policies ensured that some people made a bit of money. Surely it's a nice alien...?

Please vote. The real answers will be issued once the data has been collated.

Hmmm... interesting voting. Well 3 of these creatures will be sent packing and 3 will be allowed to stay. We'll see soon who you want to share your planet with...

And yes, I AM bored.

Oh dear oh dear...looking at that voting, I fear you're all doomed. The three candidates not of this earth to stay are....

Chazza. Adulterous he may be but he stays on the grounds that...

..he's a diver! Here he is on the Mary Rose which belonged to his grandad or something.

The next candidate to be allowed to stay is Hewit. As chazzas sort of son he could have fallen into the trap of wandering about all day talking to vegetables but no...

...he's one too! And the vaguely ginger hood shows a certain sense of humour.

Finally, the one most people missed.....

Prezza! He may lack a few social graces but he's a good egg because...

..he's another one and has been for years. Would you dive with him?

As for the others....

Well Docherty will be sent back here to have another go at curing his 'illness.'

Big bird, who's dreadful attempt to corrupt the youth of the world into thinking 'Z' is pronounced 'zee' has backfired on him will get what he deserves...

And Thatch will simply be sent back to where she came from.

Have a nice day everyone!

No, because the man's a twat and my parents would never forgive me if he came back to the surface with me. This is a bit like the argument I frequently hear if I voice a less than complimentary opinion about a fellow English migrant.......,...which goes along the lines of "you should like him, he's another Pom". Well 25 yrs ago, 99% of the people I disliked were English (or Welsh), so why should they get a free kick now?

Same applies to Prezza....OK so he's a diver, well if that's a qualification for protection from eternal banishment, then you'd better add our mate Peripathetic Buoyant Brucie, cos he was a diver too, (or claimed to be)

(It's a very clever poll otherwise.......I must admit to wondering where you were coming from, I didn't pick it..)

Razza and T.A.M. You seem to have voted Docherty 'good'. Did you not understand the poll or something? Just look at the photo. He's cleary carrying some sort of alien disease that will kill us all if we're not careful.
