I would like to say a massive big thank you for all your good wishes. I have had an excellent day at the grand age of 52 I had my first meal in a Mitchellin award restaurant and it was like going to food heaven.

Also at the age of 52 I am off on my first trip to Scapa on Friday.

I love being my age as life is so damn good. Do not fear getting older, welcome it with open arms and run with it.
