Although I wasn't offloading this gear yesterday, the guys did said that the MS I provided wasn't even read by the team helping the other end! It was enough to show that it had been produced. Surely this can't be right, as some of the information was relevant to them. My guys turned up in PPE, the boys in the warehouse had boots, nothing else (well ,clothes, obviously!). The bloke in charge couldn't make a decision to save his life... in the end my boys did everything. He didn't even want to sign our delivery note...but demanded we provided a MS...

Double standards in my book.

That pretty much sums up my experience of MS too big song and dance about complying with safety etc then once you've spent a few hours getting it all in place they can't be arsed to even read it.
