pure lamb mince with a samll dash of salt and pepper... and if your feeling very adventurous try finely chopping tomatoes or chillis and mix into the mince... enjoy

how do you know when you need to lose weight? when you cant finish a shore dive because the "save the whale" folks keep pushing you back in
