There should be an option for "they are practical, if slighly smelly, so long as you don't care what you look like".

I've not voted because although I have a pair, and they are very comfortable, I think they are horrible.
They are by far the ugliest footware I have but they are easy to slip on and off.
They are OK to wear on the dive boat but once you start to get hot I find my feet slip around inside them so I put my wesuit booties on and they stay on until we are back at the marina.

Can we have a section for - hate them but wear them?

I have only ever seen one of the chimps wearing them. I have never seen GLOC, Garf, James or Wilbo wearing them (that isn't to say they don't though, I haven't entered their shoe cupboard as i am not yet that brave).... So....who does that leave then?
