toast,then butter followed by marmite followed by a thin topping of cheese

if your really bad then go for a layer of strawberry jam on top...........

I had the best hot chocoate I have ever had in Malta, in a cafe that was attached to the Regency hotel which is in St George's Bay between St Julians and Sliemma.

It was thick and gorgeous, you could also have different flavours, orange, mint etc - fab!!

Toast one doorstep of fresh bread on one side

spread butter and a thin layer of marmite on the untoasted side.

Lay slices of MATURE cheddar on top of the marmite / butter

Pop back under a medium grill until the cheese bubbles

Ultimate Cheese on toast - Done
