The Osmonds

For some reason I now find I am constantly humming The Osmonds "Love me for a reason" underwater.

It used to be a selection of highlights from The Sound of Music.

Am I getting better, or worse ?

Does anyone else have the same problem ?

i sing that andy williams song " cant take my eyes off of you" including miming the words on safety stops ... doesnt everyone sing underwater then??? You r buddy has to guess what you were singing by your miming... ....er isnt this normal???

I'm with you on the deco/safety stop ritual there Jules and Simon!

Only problem is, I try and do ALL the choral parts from Handel's Messiah - gets a bit involved when you're waving your arms around, like a man possessed, as you try and conduct a non-existent choir - Willo just looks at me shakes his head.......

Seriously, when doing a giant stride off a dive boat, or a backward roll off a RIB, the moment my I face down and water closes round my head, I can always hear Pink Floyd's 'Breathe'; tends to stay with me until we reach MoD or the bottom of the shot - suppose it's appropriate, given the circs. If you'd heard the beginning of the song, especially, off Dark Side of the Moon, you might find the same sensation.

Hmmm,

Mine is Simon and Garfunkle  -  El Condor Passa, usually kicks in as I leave the shot, stops breifly during the first part of deco, and becomes, Bridge over Troubled water on the 6M hang. There was a brief flirtation with the theme tune from Rainbow.

I also find a bit of Vavaldi, four seasons, Spring and Summer are a plesant humm.

yep agga doo is great if you are chilly ! also dance like an egyption...

So it's not just me then, I am sane! or you lot are equally mad. what ever! wont be needing that coat steve , thanks all the same!
