Tomos outboard
A Tomos outboard has been aquired for the toy cupboard, now I've found a couple of sites that give some info , but I can't find a definitive answer for what the oil ratio should be .So far the options go from 18:1 up to 50:1 ,I realise as a rather agricultural engine the mix can probably go over quite a broad range , but I would like to know what the manufacturer recommended.Any one got a clue?.

Bit too small for diving, but great fun for snorkeling and fishing.Found a cave entrance on the rock at the end of the beach where the Oasis bar is , rowed in about 5mts and the cave started to dip down , on the wall was a piton and krab with attached line , so it looks like the cave boys/girls are exploring there as well.

Its right at the bottom, but basically says, every Tomos requires a 2% mix, which means 50:1 fuel to outboard 2-stroke oil.

The oil mixture for you little engine is 50.1, just found out this from Martin at POWER PRODUCTS MARINE in Rochester who is my YAMAHA ENGINE SERVICE CENTRE.

Only if was flatter than a flat thing that was really flat.At 25 knots you get there quick , at 5 knots it's a long journey.
