| It's not a 4x4, it's a Volvo with four wheel drive. It might have bells and whistles but it's still a Volvo, just like a Grand Cherokee is still a Chrysler... The two worst cars I've ever owned, one a Volvo, the other a Grand Cherokee. I've never had to sink so much money into cars, horrendous reliability and build quality. I used to love Cherokees, I had one when I lived in the US and another when I came back (on LPG, their crappy diesels are moneypits) but now they've been fully Chryslerised I wouldn't touch another. The happiest day of my Grand Cherokee ownership was collecting the money from the auction mart and seeing it sat on the yard with four flat tyres and an ever growing pool of tranny oil surrounding it. The Volvo I had was 9 months of almost weekly failures, breakdowns, repairs, etc. Isuzu, Toyota, Nissan and Mitsubishi make 4x4's, the rest make school buses with an expensive transmission... Cheers, Stuart
