So... Revels are basically saying that their product tastes rubbish and most folks hate at least one flavour of Revel..seems like they are apologising for selling unpopular rubbish...they could just sell different flavoured bags
Coffee Revels
Orange Revels
etc etc

Problem solved..like selling just the purple wrapped quality street :-)

p.s. I also get annoyed by "NEW IMPROVED" products...they never said the original was a load of rubbish that they were struggling to get up to standard

mmm - old age does bring grumpiness
