| Is there any possibility that Mr Mosley has been a victim of crime here? I'm thinking of voyerism. Pretty sure he wasn't aware that he was being filmed being spanked and also pretty sure he wouldn't have consented to it. Suppose it would depend on the motives of the News of the World and the woman with the camera (who's identity the court decided to keep secret). |
