    Favourite euphemisms?

I was was watching 'Jack Dee Live at the Apollo' on Dave, last night, and saw some of Jo Brand's set and I quite liked her quote "the velvet TARDIS".

    Anyone heard any new ones?

    Personal favourites of mine are:

    Chaviar: baked beans
    Chaveller's Cheques: giros
    Trampagne: White Lightening
If you have to think about it for more than thirty seconds, you probably shouldn't get in.

On a similar theme I like

    Tramps truffles; dropped chips
Chavalry; mobile units of neds on ridiculous toddlers bikes.
Trampari; Meths. More of an aperitif than trampagne.

I'll save the dirty ones until after tea.

I used to sell advetising space for an ads paper, you know like adtrader and one of my jobs was wording ads for the ladies of the night in the back pages, as we couldn't be too explicite
we would advertise that "front and rear parking is available"
