I'm glad the hotel has been named. An apology would never have been made if they weren't the focus of media attention. I hope they suffer a major downturn in business. . . Mind you, who wants to go to Woking anyway![]()

I thought it was bloody disgraceful; to the extent that I took the trouble to find their email address on the internet and let them know what I thought of them.
With all the anti-discrimination legislation around, you have to wonder if it's legal. It certainly shouldn't be.

I have a few faults but being wrong isn't one of them.
It is very legal. No-one can force someone else to serve them - service is always at the discretion of the management. If you think about it every transaction is a contract and why should anyone be forced into making a contract they don't want to?
