Well I now have about 1kg of cooked lentils on my desk. Should I scoff the lot and see what happens? Or be sensible and only eat a few.

i just had sausage and 4 bean casserole, i know it'll be back.

i say eat the lot in one go, with a couple of pints of scrumpy, should help the bacteria along nicely.

Every day for my lunch I have jalapeno peppers on my Weightwatchers chicken casserole.

Every evening at about eight o'clock as I cry 'Help me baby Jesus' from the bathroom I ask why I haven't learnt my lesson...

...but they are just sooooo lovely!
