    help me I cant sleep

    ok so the last few night iv been really tired and have gone to bed . cant sleep a wink .

    tried a few beers . etc im not stressed or anything .

    what nxt to try . sugestions please

    Worrying about it will stop you sleeping.

    Try reading a book in bed? Works for me. Some people say doing a puzzle helps them like Sudoku etc.

    May also be entirely natural, have you had a lot of sleep recently, you may have had too much.

    LOS ill brain you with that book if you come near me with it . hehehe have read part of it before and used it in referance in lectures and research . some things are great but som are tooooo much

    have i over slept mmmmmm maybe im off this week back in friday night

    but i am working building a shed . so need the sleep

    well im tired... all over the place sorting stuff for work and was in teh ppool to do some drills...
    got landed with a couple of people needing stuff polished off or drills done with gloves/hood on. 4got how much dikin about in a ppol can take outa you!

    as said partner excercises are out of the question shes up for work in the morn and she has no problem sleeping . and yes she has robed me of a days divin tomoro as she wants me to do some stuff that cant possibly wait till nxt week .
