How about this one a bit bigger and a bit cheaper. I have a 5L one in the back of the car, its great when kids want a drink etc
Portable Fridges - are they any good?
I'm looking at something like this:
Dometic RC1600 camping 3-way portable refrigerators supplied by OBriens Camping. Dometic Electrolux RC 1600 powered by gas mains and 12v.
Anyone got one in the garage they no longer use?

If you do get one remember to check if the power connection is a continuous live feed . Unlike a freind at wastewater last year who woke in the morning to a nice flat battery.

Thats what my mate now does. Jump pack on arrival is the first thing he does now.
I've got one of these: -
Gas Barbecue and Charcoal Barbecue online experts - Socal
Q. Does it make ice?
A. yes.
The coldest I've had it was -6C running full blast on mains in my front room. The warmest I had it ( not intentionally of course ) was +8C when on gas on the minimum setting and in direct sunlight for three hours. So probably a good idea to place it in the shade.
I use a mains invertor in the car when travelling, so the thermostat cuts in and out as required.

I have bought one of these:
3 way Absorption Coolbox from Towsure
Its brilliant, gets very cold, in fact last holiday it even froze some burgers on its lowest setting.
Plenty of room inside, and runs on 240, 12 or gas.
Like the one you posted a link to its a proper absorbsion fridge not just a cool box.
considerably cheaper too, no doubt partly due to its towsure branding, Its made by Waeco.
