Hot weather and the cure

One bottle of old ....verry old Hvanna Club ....Lets start again.
The juice of one Lime in a glass
2 Desertspoons of browm sugar
4 mint leaves ( fresh)
Then fill the glass with crushed ice ( My way to crush it is to get one of those bags from the petrolstation and wrap it in a towl and a plastc bag and the drive the van over it 3 to 5 times) but you can use a hammer as well. Fill the glass 3/4 with the crushed ice.
Then top up with the rum and drink it with a sraw.
That way you drink from sweet ....to... rum....... to sour .... to mint .... 4 of them and you can put you car keys in a safe place.

Sounds very much like a mojito to me and one would definitely go down a treat right now but would prefer to be drinking it back in Havana. Wondeful memories of Cuba fantastic country, warm and friendly people and some pretty good diving.

Drop ice in a sturdy blender, top off with 6 parts Tequila, 4 parts Tripple Sec add fruit of your choice and blend for a few seconds.....instant fruity Margurita!

Take a bucket of it up to the roof and watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean....sorry, did that last night!

One bottle of Sakara gold from the fridge, take off cap by any means available. Pour streight in mouth. Stuff the glass (it will be warm and heat up the beer)

By using this method your last tastes as good as your first cos no matter how many you drink you allways get the right blend.... Me, beer and bottle.

The simple ideas are allways the best. No requirement to hire a van or buy a blender.

Hisssssssssssssssssss............... tequila! tis the devil's own spawn!! Last time I got p***ed on tequila I was sick for half a week, the time before that someone very very nearly died and it's really hard doing triage with quadruple vision!

A: I don't know but it sure as hell ain't genuine tequila!

I have some 14yo Cuban Ron that I must get back to. I have a sweet tooth and it is just right for me
