You can see the thought process now:

"Hmm, wonder if anyone will want these cylinders that have been put in for a fill? Nah...."

Two weeks to the next dive, am concerned my kit will dry out.

Yes, and that's another thing. Taking the boat out of the water for the winter, who ever heard of such nonsense? Are you actually trying to stop us diving?

Next you'll be saying we can only dive at specific times, when the "tides" are right, whatever those are. And how come "Stoney" isn't available for booking on your website? eh? EH?

More customer complaints

I'll have to employ someone to deal with this soon - then the prices will go up to help pay the wages

ps, the web booking system is available commercially now, so all your favorite dive operators can have it as well, so nag them to death and convince them its the way forward

Stoney - thought process, hmm not sure how that one works exactly.

Dave I thought the box was covered by the 5 yr warranty.

Out of the water for winter - are you mad, what for its not like its had much use this year! Leave it in, then at least we stand half a chance to get a dive or two.

Matt

Clever thing, this t'internet

I have to say, David, that your web-booking system is the best thing since sliced bread - in fact, including sliced bread! As soon as we found out today was cancelled we headed to the site to see what our options are.

As a result, even if we can't make next Thursday (grrrrr....Caroline is having probs getting the day off, but still trying!) we are on for Sat 28th for HMS Sapper and FPT-thingy. Just like that...as they say.

Lou
