| A few years ago a couple of friends of mine used these bins. One couple kept both set of kit in one barrel. They thought they were really usefull. I once tried to find a small barrel for use on the boat but gave up looking. I now use a gear gulper. |

| Also known as BDH barrels mate. We used these loads when i used to be a watersports instructor. Only real problem with them is if they get dented, they are very difficult to pop back into shape! As for your tap, i would suggest something very low profile as it will be liable to be knocked off when shifting the barrels about. Maybe a simple bung would do?

| I still use one of these. Very usefull on hardboats without seats. There used to be a lot of them. I'd say don't drill any holes. OK, so you way carry a little water when your gear is wet, but any tap is likely to het knocked. A 5 or 6mm bolt thread into the plastic may be better for not getting knocked, but I have a better idea once you have got it home and washed your kit. Turn it upside down. Adrian

I need something so it can be transported by RIB to remote divesites so plastic with a half decent lid is what is needed. Web search has not shown anythin obvious yet................... | Big Orange Box RB, I have two big Orange crates, but only use one, it's like a huge gear gulper. I will measure it tonight and let you know the size, if it's big enough and you want it, it's yours. I was given in for nothing, so happy to pass it on, PM you tomorrow Paul
