| Depending on why you want it discreet, I just mark a small, slightly stylised letter "D" on my stuff somewhere very "out of the way". For example, on my mask I have it on the back of the frame in the space between the two lenses. If I lose it it won't get returned, but it does mean I can always identify it from everyone elses if it gets mized up without having my name scrawled across everything I own in giant letters! David |

| I have my name an BSAC number on most of my kit, somewhere out of the way (e.g. labels on BCD and Suits), but I just went for the giant letters option. Using a thick black marker pen on your mask makes for low-viz diving everytime. Regards Mark

| Pens We use a; Super Colour - Silver, made byPilot, with a fine tip. This allows for an set of initials on the not so important bits and a phone number on the main bits. As it's fine the writting is farly discreat. Andy

| I tried using a welding paint marker to write my name on my fins because everyone in our clubs has twin jets. It worked for about 5 dives then it washed off. Mine now stand out due to the only ones having spring heel straps.
