| Mask for Mrs Frogman Where do I start? I want to get the wife a mask with prescription lenses, so I can surpise her on holiday with a try dive. I reckon I can find out just how blind she is by throwing things at her from varying distances, but how do I go about getting the lenses done and put into a mask? Any help appreciated as per Ta

| Just a word of caution - getting a mask with lenses in is fine, but what if the mask doesn't fit? You know what a personal thing mask fit is; and I can't think of many things that would spoil a try dive more than a continuously leaking mask. Unless you go for one that has a reputation for fitting everyone's face (beaver Atomic springs to mind).

| Go for a Beaver Atomic (that'll be from kitfondle.co.uk) then nick an old pair of her specs, unscrew the arms and shove them into the mask. The silicone skirt holds the glasses in place. Works surprisingly well. I did my first 20 dives like this then thought "cobblers to this I'm keeping my contact lenses in".
