Is black witch the same as aquasure?

Mum has a small hole in her latex wrist seal. In her tool box she has some black witch neoprene adhesive, can she use this? [to fix the hole]
Is it the same stuff?

Its different stuff. Aquasure is clear, black witch is black

But seriously... You need to use Aquasure.

I wouldnt recommend black witch for latex repairs. You could use another piece of latex to repair the hole and stick that on with black witch. It wont stay on though.

bicycle puncture repair kit is what you want to do a permanent repair and its all in the box no guess work as to if it will work!

Bicycle repair kit makes a useful temporary patch. Seal needs replacing though.
