| They are also used by the Embassy here in Muscat so I have a few! As said before they are great as they don't split or rot.

| You can buy packs of 10 Wood Free (If That's what there called) pencils in the Carrefour in Calais. Price last time was about £1.50 or so. Oh.. almost forgot there called 'Conti Evolution' & are a fairly bright Green. |

| I got some of these from a careers fair at Uni, one of the things companies give away to try to get you to talk to them. Cut them in half, drilled a hole in and put a bit of line through the hole. I really don't understand why the dive shops who sell slates all use wooden pencils though, you'd have thought they'd have caught on by now that they're absolutely crap under water. Bordering on the "not fit for purpose" bit of the trade descriptions act! David |
