| Stoney do some with rings as well - from the description sound identical to those Dave C describes. And yes, you need a lot of patience to get the rings into the seals, but once they're sorted the gloves are lovely to use - so easy to get on and off, and warm and dry! The good thing about the ring ones in particular is that if you puncture the glove (i've had one tiny pinhole in a year of having the gloves) you can get new gloves for £3, and like the rings in the drysuit seal the glove is held onto the other ring with a few o-rings so is easy to change over (although again takes quite a while to get the knack!) The final thing i'd say about the Stoney ones is that the lining is attached to the glove - I found that that becomes very smelly very quickly, and they are just about impossible to get dry in any reasonable amount of times. However, I don't find that wet hands before you get the gloves on cause any problems at all. I've dived with one glove completely flooded (due to putting it on wrong - ie not clipped in all the way around - when I first had them) and found it no colder than using normal wet gloves. David |

| have decided on the si tech system at present so rang dw this afternoon .only to be told i would have to pop in with my suit for them to fit the si tech's .i asked if i could fit them to which i got a resoundind no ! i have nothing against even having to pay for them to fit them but i'm at the opposite end of the country .it was explained that they would have to measure the sleeves of my ND cortex to see if the rings would fit .my question is has anyone else fitted si tech's to a ND cortex ? if they have then at least i know it's worth posting the suit to dw for them to supply & fit . thanks
