Talking weight ???
right i`m 5foot 10 my weight is 15 stone i dive with pony (3L) i use a belt and i dive with 22lb is this to much ive been diving three years bouyance ok air ok but some one told me i`ve to much weight but i`m not so sure and i don`t want to start messing about now unless there is a valid reason thanks and all help gratful.....den

No its fine, I would use 10KG (22lb) to do the same.
