| What size/type of clip do you all find the most useful to attatch to your DSMB in order to clip it to a wreck etc making it easier to inflate? Having read a lot of posts on here recently about flags and have decided to invest in one. Have read about fixing it to your cylinder with bungee how easy is this to then remove - I dont have very long arms! |

| you can pull the flag from the bottom of your twins easy enough, but its well worth practicing regularly as when you need to do it you will not want to muck about. |

| thanks guys Just realised that i have a suicide clip for my torch, had forgotten all bout the warnings that i heard when I first started diving. Find it difficult to release those piston clips with gloves on underwater but I must obviously persevere. cheers |

| I use surgical tubing to attach a flag to my cylinder |

| I've never really found the need to tie down my DSMB when launching as it doesn't need too much air so as long as you're launching reasonably deep (if tying to the wreck I guess you are) there shouldn't be much of a problem. Having said that, Nigel's method of the half meter tape with a clip each end sounds pretty damn useful. Could even be used for loads of things on the boat if need be

| I once tied a buddy to a wreck using the exact same method when they lost control of their bouyancy. I had to clip them off so I could swim up and drag her legs back down, as there was so much gas in her suit her fins had popped off and she couldn't get her legs down below her body fun, fun fun. Actually, it would have been a damn sight easier to just clip my reel to her and use her as an smb. Wonder why that never occurred at the time. |

| It would work best with one of the big OMS wings. Bright red and approximately the same size as a Humber RIB
